From November 21 to December 4, 2025, iDealwine will host an unprecedented auction dedicated to the wines of Château Haut-Bailly, an icon of the Pessac-Léognan AOC. For the first time, the estate entrusts the world leader in online wine auctions with a selection of rare and prestigious bottles—historic vintages carefully chosen by the Château team.
The catalog includes 281 lots, totaling nearly 400 bottles in large formats, from Magnum to Impériale, retracing 50 years of history through the estate’s first and second wines: Château Haut-Bailly and La Parde Haut-Bailly (now Haut-Bailly II). Among the most exclusive lots are three immersive experiences, including lunch or dinner at the Table Privée and an overnight stay at La Chartreuse Haut-Bailly.

The selection showcases the savoir-faire of the Sanders family, now led by Véronique Sanders, with historic vintages from 1970 to 2016, including standouts such as 1982, 1990, 2000, 2005, 2009, 2010, and 2015.

The wines will be offered in the most prestigious formats: Magnum (1.5 L), Double Magnum (3 L), Jéroboam (4.5 L), and Impériale (6 L).
Château Haut-Bailly: Unique Experiences for True Collectors
Three special lots offer the chance to experience Château Haut-Bailly from the inside, with tastings, tours, and menus signed by chef Maxime Pommier. Among them, an Impériale of Haut-Bailly 2009 paired with a private dinner and overnight stay, estimated between €2,000 and €3,000.
