From 11 to 13 April 2026, the Margraf showroom in Gambellara (Vicenza) will once again host VinNatur Tasting, now in its 21st edition. Over three days, 180 producers from six European countries and 19 Italian regions will bring to the tasting tables their commitment to sustainable viticulture. This year introduces an important new feature: the participation of the Association des Vins Libres d’Alsace, present with a shared tasting counter. The event will also join the celebrations for the centenary of Luigi Veronelli’s birth, honouring his pioneering role in Italian wine culture. The programme includes masterclasses, a tasting room for press and trade professionals, a new networking area, and a curated food selection. Tickets will be available from 1 March.
An increasingly international edition: Alsace’s Vins Libres make their debut
VinNatur Tasting 2026 strengthens its European identity. The 180 winemakers attending will arrive from Albania, Austria, France, Germany, Slovenia and Spain, alongside producers from 19 Italian regions.
The standout novelty is the presence of the Association des Vins Libres d’Alsace (AVLA), founded in 2019 and now counting around 60 members. This young and dynamic group represents the new generation of natural winemakers in Alsace. Their shared tasting counter adds depth to the event, offering visitors a rare opportunity to explore a region undergoing a vibrant evolution.

A tribute to Luigi Veronelli on the centenary of his birth
The 2026 edition coincides with a meaningful anniversary: one hundred years since the birth of Luigi Veronelli. Journalist, publisher and a central figure in Italian wine criticism, Veronelli played a decisive role in redefining the cultural meaning of wine in Italy.
“Veronelli didn’t just write about wine — he defended and gave a voice to winemakers,” recalls Angiolino Maule, President of VinNatur. “We see him as a clear precursor of the values that define the natural wine movement today. That’s why we chose to honour him, bringing attention back to what he represented and still represents.”

Tastings, masterclasses and new spaces for professionals and enthusiasts
As always, VinNatur Tasting will offer a rich programme of encounters and insights.
- Three masterclasses, led by wine experts, will enrich the event schedule.
- From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., visitors will be able to meet producers, taste wines and purchase bottles directly at the stands.
- The food area will feature products selected from small Italian artisans: meats, cured meats, cheeses, regional specialties, craft beers, coffee and desserts.
Journalists and trade professionals will have access to a dedicated tasting room, designed to provide a quiet, focused environment for sampling all the wines featured at the event.
