A Perfect Champagne for Summer: Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut

A Rosé Champagne, 100% Pinot Noir from some of the most suitable terroirs of Champagne, perfect for summer. A glass of delicacy, vivacity and timeless elegance. It is the Cuvée Rosé Brut Laurent-Perrier, a reference in its category and the ideal accompaniment to an evening with friends in the open air. A Champagne that with its versatility lends itself to accompany succulent grilled shrimp, the most refined exotic dishes or a traditional Parma ham, but also perfect in combination with a dessert based on red fruits.

The Cuvée Rosé Brut Laurent-Perrier: the perfect Champagne for an evening in the open air

The story of Laurent-Perrier begins in 1812 in Tours-sur-Marne, at the crossroads of the Champagne vineyards, but it is only in 1887 that this legendary Maison takes on its current name, a union between the surnames of the Chef de Cave and his wife.

Acquired in 1939 by Marie-Louise de Nonancourt, in 1948 the baton was passed to her youngest son Bernard de Nonancourt, a true legend of Champagne, capable of transforming the brand into one of the four most important in the world.

Also thanks to the success of truly iconic labels, such as the prestigious numbered cuvée (and not vintage, this is the uniqueness) Grand Siècle. The Cuvée Rosé was also a forerunner of its own category, that of rosé Champagne, which was born in 1968 from the savoir-faire of the Maison Laurent-Perrier and has become a reference over time with its elegant raspberry-toned dress that evolves into delicate salmon-colored shades.

A perfect Champagne for summer: the Cuvée Rosé Brut Laurent-Perrier, also ideal when paired with a red fruit dessert.

What makes the difference is the mastery of a very particular and rare know-how in Champagne: the maceration technique that allows for the richest and most subtle expression of Pinot Noir. The Cuvée Rosé is characterized by great intensity and extreme freshness, transposition into the glass of the grapes of the best Crus of the Montagne de Reims, in particular Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne.

A soft and rounded wine, with a fresh and decisive attack, which in the mouth offers the sensation of immersing oneself in a basket of freshly picked red fruits.

To be served in the glass at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C, the Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier will be the ideal companion for the whole summer at the table.

Its aromatic depth, in fact, allows this splendid Champagne to accompany marinated raw fish, grilled shrimp, exotic dishes, Parma ham and even desserts based on red fruits. For the more daring: pair it with Asian or Indian cuisine, you will be pleasantly surprised.
