Bisol1542: the Cuvée Eroiche arrive — two new labels designed for Horeca and perfect by the glass

Bisol1542 launches the Cuvée Eroiche, Brut and Extra Dry: Prosecco Superiore crafted for by‑the‑glass service.

Bisol1542 presents the new “Cuvée Eroiche,” Brut and Extra Dry: two unprecedented Prosecco Superiore wines created exclusively for the HoReCa channel and designed for by‑the‑glass service. The project was born in the heart of Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene and offers a horizontal interpretation of different vintages and soils across the entire DOCG area. The new labels focus on freshness, aromatic intensity, and immediacy, thanks also to the use of a portion of must in the blend before the second fermentation.

A technical choice that enhances fragrance and drinkability, offering the restaurant world a direct, contemporary, high‑quality product. The labels, designed by mimicocodesign, visually express the identity of the territory and the style of the two versions, while the project fits into the growth path initiated by the Lunelli Group, combining innovation, sustainability, and respect for its roots.

The “Cuvée Eroiche”: a new way to tell the story of Prosecco Superiore by the glass

The new Cuvée Eroiche were created with a clear goal: to offer the HoReCa channel a Prosecco Superiore capable of winning over consumers through an immediate and appealing profile. The horizontal interpretation of vintages and soils provides a complete snapshot of the Valdobbiadene area while maintaining a coherent and recognizable style.

The use of a portion of must in the blend before the second fermentation enhances the aromatic component and gives the wines a lively freshness, ideal for by‑the‑glass service. The result is two labels that speak the language of contemporary taste: direct, fragrant, and deeply rooted in the territory.

Labels that tell the story of the land: watercolor as a visual signature

From an aesthetic standpoint, the Cuvée Eroiche embrace one of Bisol1542’s signature elements: watercolor. The Brut version depicts the heroic UNESCO‑listed hills, evoking verticality and tension. The Extra Dry opens into a floral universe that recalls the aromatic explosion of the wine.

The illustrations, created by mimicocodesign, remain consistent with the brand’s visual identity and strengthen the connection between wine, territory, and artistic sensibility.

A project born from investment, vision, and sustainability

For Matteo Bruno Lunelli, President of Bisol1542 and CEO of the Lunelli Group, the new labels represent the natural evolution of the journey begun in 2014 with the group’s acquisition. Since then, vineyards and cellar operations have been enhanced with practices and technologies aimed at elevating grape quality: from harvesting in bins to the Coquard press, a pioneering choice in Valdobbiadene. At the same time, the commitment to sustainability has led to Equalitas certification.

The Cuvée Eroiche thus become the synthesis of this path and a concrete response to evolving consumption trends, offering the HoReCa channel a distinctive and contemporary proposition.

A range that expands and looks to the future

The new references join the iconic six Millesimati Crus — Cartizze, Rive di Campea, Relio Rive di Guia, Crede, Molera, and I Gondolieri — vertical expressions of individual vineyards and vintages. Completing the picture are the Jeio labels, Brut and Extra Dry, dedicated to large‑scale retail and characterized by their essential, elegant black label.

With the Cuvée Eroiche, Bisol1542 confirms its ability to unite tradition and vision, interpreting new consumption occasions with elegance and strengthening its dialogue with contemporary restaurants and hospitality.
