The 2020 Amarone Classico is the result of the drying process that takes place in the Cesari Fruttaio, where over 55 thousand crates of grapes are left to rest each year, meticulously checked every day in terms of temperature, humidity and weight loss. Full control of the production chain, thanks to the refinement in the large barrels of the Cavaion Veronese cellar, guarantees the stylistic integrity of a denomination that does not fear the challenges of time.
