Cesari, two new products presented: Soave and the Justo line that meets new trends

Cesari, a historic Valpolicella winery and pioneer in exporting Amarone overseas, continues its renewal strategy with two new proposals. Alongside the identity wines that express the very essence of the terroir and winemaking tradition of Valpolicella, now come Soave, which enriches the Classics line, and the new Justo line, designed for those who “think and drink outside the box”.

“With these new proposals, Cesari intends to continue and further consolidate its presence on the market, enhancing high-quality and identity wines, such as Soave, capable of satisfying a public that is increasingly attentive to tradition and excellence. At the same time, with an innovative and distinctive offer such as the Justo line, we intend to intercept new consumer trends, approaching a dynamic and younger public and new consumption opportunities” commented Giovanni Lai, general manager of Cesari.

Classics Line: the spirit of Valpolicella Classica and Soave

The Classics line, composed of Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore and Amarone Classico, sees the new entry of the “Soave Classico Doc Tremenalto 2024”, a tribute to the territory.

Produced 100% from Garganega grapes, the new Cesari proposal shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses itself with a persistent bouquet of ripe fruit and hawthorn, while on the palate it is dry, delicate and with a pleasant structure and persistence.

The Soave follows the classic white vinification and subsequent fermentation of the must with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Fragrant, persistent and sophisticated, it is available at wine shops and restaurants.

Cesari Justo: the innovative proposal for those who “think and drink outside the box”

The Justo line was born from an experimental and emotional dimension. An innovative and unconventional proposal, perfect for responding to the preferences of younger consumers and capable of adapting to multiple consumption occasions, from aperitifs to after dinner, thanks to its easy-to-drink character.

Produced from Corvina and Merlot grapes, Justo Veneto Rosso Igt 2021 is characterized by freshness, lightness and versatility. To the eye, a deep red color, with intense and bright shades. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit and cherry emerge, while on the palate, it is soft and velvety, with a light and balanced structure.

Garganega and other white grape varieties give life to Justo Veneto Bianco Igt 2024, which is characterized by being a lively and contemporary wine. Justo Bianco is fresh and floral with a strong acidity, with interesting notes of sweet almond. It is vinified in white at around 16°C with a maturation of 4 months in steel.
