For the third consecutive year, Col Vetoraz returns to France and participates in Wine Paris 2025 from 10 to 12 February. For the first time at an international fair, the Coste will be presented, three new references signed Col Vetoraz. These new labels are the result of a careful selection of grapes from the hills, called “coste”, exposed to the east, west and south. These grapes, thanks to their particular pedoclimatic position, are perfect for the production of Brut, Extra Dry and Dry sparkling wines of great harmony.
Wine Paris 2025 will also offer the opportunity for a complete tasting of Valdobbiadene Docg in their various expressions, from the driest with 0 residual sugar to the sweetest with 24 gr/lt. Here are the bubbles presented:

The Parisian show, now in its fifth edition, sees its numbers grow every year and maintains a strongly international level. In 2024 it welcomed representatives from 137 countries, 66% of which were European, with over 4,000 exhibitors and more than 41,000 visitors.
Col Vetoraz maintains its role as an ambassador of excellence, renewing the key message of the identity bond with its land of origin, the Valdobbiadene Docg, a unique and precious territory that the Treviso company respects and deeply defends with its productions.
