La Pettegola Rosé: a new shade of color for Banfi

A new rosé has arrived at Banfi. One of the symbols of the production of the Tuscan company based in Montalcino is colored pink: with La Pettegola Rosé, a marriage between Sangiovese and Merlot, which joins the now iconic Vermentino.

Banfi launches the novelty of 2025: La Pettegola Rosé

Banfi announces the launch of a new shade of rosé: La Pettegola Rosé. The new entry, with its colorful dress, arrives to join, in perfect style, the iconic Vermentino, extending its line.

Banfi is therefore expanding its production with a new proposal in pink with a lively and extremely elegant look, inspired by Tiffany Blue, emphasizing all the elements that, from the beginning, have made La Pettegola easily recognizable: the little bird and the trail with its sinuous lines stand out on the label.

The result of a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, the wine presents itself with pale pink nuances, in which delicate purple nuances stand out, a promise of elegance and delicacy. The notes of fresh fruit combine with subtle floral scents, giving us a fresh and lively Rosé, with an enveloping softness, with a long and salty finish.

Pettegola Rosé, a rosé that pairs well with light dishes, but also appetizers and fried fish, is also perfect as an aperitif wine.

2025 is a particularly intense year for La Pettegola, which began with the restyling of the Vermentino packaging, and continued with the presentation of the eighth edition of the Limited Edition, signed this year by the artist Elisa Seitzinger, with an illustration of rare elegance and creativity.

Rodolfo Maralli, president and director of Sales & Marketing of Banfi, explains the decision to expand the product portfolio as follows:

“We are particularly happy with the launch of La Pettegola Rosé, confident in the happy combination that marries two successes, the indisputable success of the La Pettegola brand on the market and the current positive trend of rosé wines”.
