Mack & Schühle Italia announces the acquisition of 75% of the shares of Vinicola Antonio Divella Srl, a historic company in Puglia active since 1968 in the transformation of grapes into bulk wine. Joining the group enables vertical integration of the production process, greater operational efficiency, and a significant expansion of storage capacity.

Thanks to this operation, Mack & Schühle Italia will benefit from state-of-the-art facilities and a 13,000-square-meter site with a storage capacity of approximately 250,000 hectoliters.
“For Mack & Schühle Italia, entering Vinicola Antonio Divella Srl allows for verticalization of the production process,” states Fedele Angelillo, sole director of the Puglian company. “We will be operational in the direct transformation of grapes into wine, further strengthening our ties with the territory and agricultural supply chains. The presence of facilities at the Santeramo in Colle site will enable important synergies with our plant currently being renovated in Laterza (TA). Management will remain in the hands of the Divella family, with a multi-year business plan aimed at significant growth in production and revenue starting in 2026.”
