Mionetto S.p.A. announces an important evolution in its organisational structure, marking the beginning of a new phase for the brand. Alongside the arrival of Fabio Boldini as Chief Commercial Officer Italy, the Winery also redefines the role of Paolo Bogoni, who further strengthens his position in shaping the international strategy as Global Chief Marketing Officer. A dual move aimed at reinforcing the company’s positioning in the Italian market while supporting, with greater coherence, the global identity of the brand, part of the Henkell‑Freixenet Group since 2008.
Fabio Boldini: a leader focused on trends and new consumption languages
The new CCO Italy joins the Management Board with responsibility for coordinating the Sales and Marketing functions dedicated to the Italian market, guiding a development phase centred on emerging trends and evolving consumption occasions. His experience managing major FMCG and alcoholic beverage brands—from his early career at Procter & Gamble to his role as General Manager of the Wine & Spirits division at ILLVA Saronno S.p.A.—represents a key asset in Mionetto’s strategy.
His vision is oriented toward an updated understanding of consumer behaviour, with the goal of enhancing the variety of consumption contexts and creating a more direct connection between commercial strategy and brand positioning.
“The market is changing rapidly—not only in products but also in consumption occasions and behaviours,” comments Fabio Boldini, the new Chief Commercial Officer Italy at Mionetto. “This is why we want to adopt an approach even more focused on listening to consumers and identifying the new trends that are redefining how our sector is experienced.”
Paolo Bogoni: continuity and global vision for Mionetto’s international strategy
In parallel with Boldini’s arrival, Paolo Bogoni further strengthens his role in guiding Mionetto’s global strategy. As Global Chief Marketing Officer, his work focuses on ensuring international brand consistency, consolidating performance, and enhancing the Winery’s distinctive identity across all markets.
The synergy between Bogoni and Boldini creates a managerial structure that balances local roots with international reach—two essential elements for navigating a constantly evolving market.

Mionetto: renewed governance
With the new appointments, the Management Board of Mionetto S.p.A. now includes Alessio Del Savio, Chief Technical Officer and CEO; Paolo Bogoni, Global Chief Marketing Officer; Fabio Boldini, Chief Commercial Officer Italy; and Marco Tomasin, Chief Financial Officer.
A balanced mix of expertise that integrates technical direction, commercial vision, global marketing strategy and financial governance, supporting the Winery’s growth both in Italy and abroad.
