Lunadoro was the protagonist at Wine Paris with the new 2025 Prugnanello Toscana Igt Rosé Bio, but on display during the days of the event under the Eiffel Tower from 10 to 12 February for Schenk Italia also the dealcoholized wines, specifically the Masso Antico Rosso and Bianco Zero Alcohol and the Rivani Spumante Bianco and Rosé Zero Alcohol bubbles, as well as the best-selling Prosecco Bacio della Luna.
“The first fair in the sector is always a fundamental moment to present our new products, which this year are particularly interesting, to meet old friends and wine enthusiasts, and to strengthen ties with those who follow us from near or far”, underlines Daniele Simoni, CEO of Schenk Family Italia. “An opportunity to share our passion, discover new trends and consolidate our commitment to excellence. Every year, the Wine Paris fair represents a meeting point and international exchange, a unique opportunity to network and create new connections in the world of wine”.
The Group’s participation in the first international fair of 2025 for the wine sector, unlike previous years, was held within the space of the Consorzio del Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. A choice that was not random, but dictated by the desire to give light and space to one of its most prestigious wineries, the Tuscan Lunadoro.
“This year we decided to enhance our company Lunadoro”, explains Daniele Simoni, “and we are convinced that the selected space is the perfect choice to express our vision and to create a system with the other small wineries in the Nobile di Montepulciano district. The goal is to increase the value and recognizability of one of the Tuscany wine denominations that in 2024 best withstood the decline in sales of reds”.

From the new 2025 Lunadoro Rosé Bio to dealcoholized wines: what Schenk Italia presented at Wine Paris
During the three-day Paris event at the Porte de Versailles, Schenk Family Italia presented to the general European and international public the new vintages of Lunadoro Nobile and Riserva di Montepulciano and the new entry, Lunadoro Prugnanello Toscana Igt Rosé Bio, created to intercept the trend of the Italian and global market that in 2024 saw the still and sparkling segment of rosé grow by 6.1%.
“Requests for rosé wine come from both Italy and abroad,” says Roberta Deflorian, Sales & Marketing Director of Schenk Family Italia. “Although it remains a niche product, there is still good demand, to which we respond with a wine – Lunadoro Prugnanello Rosé Bio – in perfect harmony with the fresh and savory style sought after among rosés. This is our first production, with around 6,000 bottles and we will follow its debut with great attention to understand the customer response”.
Produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes, and with an alcohol content of 12% Vol., the Prugnanello Toscana Igt Rosé Bio by Lunadoro is characterised by its bright delicate pink colour, while on the nose it has a complex bouquet with citrus notes, hints of nectarine peach and floral nuances of peony and rose. On the palate, however, freshness and flavour are striking.
Among the Group’s proposals, there is also space for dealcoholised wines, specifically the Masso Antico Rosso and Bianco Zero Alcohol and the Rivani Spumante Bianco and Rosé Zero Alcohol bubbles, whose production will move from Spain to Italy by 2026, at the Ora (Bz) site, with a company investment of around 2 million euros.
“Considering the growing interest in dealcoholized wines, which according to a recent report by Grand View Research have a global market set to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.9% from 2024 to 2030, we will seize the opportunity to begin intercepting this new segment of consumers,” continues CEO Simoni. “The goal is to make people understand the difference between traditional soft drinks and alcohol-free wines, first and foremost the greater healthiness of what they drink, whereas alcohol-free wines do not contain any colorants or preservatives and have no added sugars.”
