Effective August 18, 2025, Querciabella welcomes Tim Banks, former Sales & Marketing Director of Ornellaia and Masseto, to the company as Director of Strategy. This is a significant step for the Castiglioni family in consolidating the company and guiding its future together with the new generation. In this new role, Banks will work from the company headquarters in Greve in Chianti alongside CEO Roberto Lasorte and will be responsible for commercial strategy and brand development. He will report directly to the ownership, represented by Mita Castiglioni and her children Andrea and Selene.
Tim Banks: From Ornellaia and Masseto to the New Challenge at Querciabella
Tim Banks brings nearly thirty years of experience in the wine world, gained in senior roles in sales, marketing, and communications for renowned wineries in France and Italy. In particular, the family intends to leverage his experience at Ornellaia and Masseto to infuse Querciabella with new energy and a renewed perspective.
