On the occasion of the 2026 edition, the Verona‑based winery strengthens the bond between wine, art and territory, signing one of the most articulated and recognizable programs of the event: a narrative that uses the codes of contemporary art to rethink how wine engages with culture. After announcing its entry among the partners of the Estate Teatrale Veronese 2026, the company led by the Pasqua family reaffirms its cultural vocation through a presence that crosses Verona’s symbolic locations and brings together oenological expertise, artistic storytelling and direct experience.
Sips of Art: Wine as an Artistic Language at Palazzo Maffei
The heart of the project is “Sips of Art. When fine wine meets art”, a format that begins on Friday, April 10 with the public opening of Resonance, an installation by artist Sara Ricciardi. Hosted at Palazzo Maffei, the work is an immersive and architectural creation that interacts with both the space and the visitor, confirming Pasqua’s approach to wine as a cultural act even before it is a product.
The installation can be visited free of charge upon registration, with facilitated access to the museum throughout Vinitaly 2026. In the Teatrino of Palazzo Maffei, the experience is completed by the tasting of two Icons from the winery: 11 Minutes Rosé and Cecilia Beretta Valpolicella Superiore Mizzole, designed to accompany the artwork without overpowering it, instead amplifying its sensory rhythm.
Pasqua Wines Meets Fashion: “I Fiori” with Antonio Marras
Also on Friday, April 10, the dialogue between disciplines extends into the world of fashion with “I Fiori”, the Pasqua x Antonio Marras collaboration hosted at Officina Fiori / Casa / Eventi. A selection of iconic archival garments by the designer is displayed in a setting that merges aesthetics, material and narrative.
The aperitivo becomes a curated experience, accompanied by 11 Minutes Rosé and Cascina San Vincenzo Valpolicella Ripasso, in a cross‑pollination that reflects Pasqua Wines’ vision as a House of the Unconventional.
Book Tasting: Vinitaly and the City’s Wine‑Literary Salon
On Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12, the third edition of Book Tasting returns, the format that brings Pasqua Wines into dialogue with literature, hosted in the Sala Scacchi of the Achille Forti Gallery of Modern Art. Here, wine becomes a tool for cultural exchange, accompanying leading figures of contemporary Italian literature.
The meetings, moderated by journalist Anna Martellato, feature on Saturday Elena Pigozzi, author of Le sarte di Villarey, in conversation with wine educator Filippo Bartolotta, and on Sunday Wanda Marasco, Campiello Prize 2025 winner, together with Giovanni Nordera, winemaker of Pasqua’s technical team.
The wines tasted—11 Minutes Rosé and Cascina San Vincenzo Valpolicella Ripasso—accompany the books in a pairing that connects word, taste and identity.
The experience opens with “11 minutes of art”, a guided visit to the exhibition route Contemporaneo Non Stop. Il respiro della natura Terra, introducing guests to contemporary art at the GAM.
The Appointment at the Scavi Scaligeri: Photography, History and Tasting
On the same days, Pasqua Wines and Vinitaly and the City guide the public through the Scavi Scaligeri, a symbolic site of Verona’s layered history. The guided visit includes the photographic exhibition Winter Games, featuring 100 images of the Winter Olympic Games from 1936 to 1972, drawn from the archives of Life magazine.
The tour concludes with a tasting of PassioneSentimento Rosso and Cecilia Beretta Soave Brognoligo, led on Saturday by Cecilia Pasqua, Export Area Manager, and on Sunday by Cristian Padovan from the winery’s technical team. A narrative that weaves together visual memory, territory and wine.
At Vinitaly 2026: Sangue d’Oro Takes Center Stage
Pasqua Wines’ story continues at the fair on Monday, April 13, with the masterclass “Passiti Compared: Sangue d’Oro and Artisan Interpretations of a Great Wine from Pantelleria”, organized with Gambero Rosso and led by Giuseppe Carrus. At the center is Sangue d’Oro, the winemaking project created by Carole Bouquet and added to the Pasqua portfolio in 2025, compared with other interpretations of Zibibbo di Pantelleria, between tradition and contemporary vision.
On Tuesday, April 14, Pasqua Wines is also featured in the Grand Tasting in the Sala Argento at the Palaexpo, led by Ian D’Agata, Maddy Jimerson MS and Andrea Gualdoni: a journey spanning grape varieties and territories from Pinot Noir to Amarone, passing through Germany and China, with Sangue d’Oro among the selected wines.
Pasqua Wines: One Hundred Years of History, a New Language
Founded in 1925 and now celebrating its first century, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is today a wine house that looks to the future through renewed stylistic codes.
