His arrival strengthens the shared leadership of the family, composed of his father Umberto Pasqua, President, and his brothers Riccardo, CEO, and Alessandro, President of Pasqua USA. “Together with the board, we are thrilled that Andrea has accepted the invitation to join the company operationally. His contribution will be strategic for the new challenges ahead,” said Umberto Pasqua.

Who Is Andrea Pasqua, the New Head of Business Development at the Veronese Winery Founded in 1925

Andrea Pasqua, 35, has been a member of the Board since 2020. His role will be to manage strategic partnerships and accelerate the winery’s growth plans. In 2025, Pasqua Wines has already become the exclusive international distributor of the House of Smith collections and invested in the Sangue d’Oro winery in Pantelleria—projects that now enter the operational phase thanks also to his contribution.

Andrea Pasqua boasts a high-profile academic and professional background. He graduated in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, earned a Master’s in International Management from IE Business School in Madrid, and completed an executive course at the London School of Economics.

At just 20 years old, he interned in New York at Chatman Imports, a company in the Wine & Spirits sector, which introduced him to the world of wine. He began his career in Milan at the investment bank Rothschild & Co, where he worked on M&A operations in the consumer and luxury goods segments. In 2014, he joined the LVMH group, in the Wine & Spirits division of Moët Hennessy, serving for four years as brand manager for prestigious brands such as Krug, Ruinart, and MH Wine Estates.

In 2019, he moved to Paris, to the LVMH group’s headquarters, where he first worked in the Global Distribution team, handling distribution and commercial development projects, and later in the M&A & Strategy team, overseeing acquisitions and integrations of brands such as Château d’Esclans, Armand de Brignac, Joseph Phelps Vineyards, and Château Minuty.

“I have the extraordinary opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of the family business. As a board member, I’ve participated in the strategic decisions made in recent years. Meanwhile, I’ve grown professionally, gaining an international perspective thanks to a very important and formative decade-long experience within the LVMH Group,” said Andrea Pasqua. “At Pasqua, we’ve taken very significant steps, which the market recognizes. My enthusiasm, experience, and dedication are now fully at the company’s disposal.”

Founded in 1925, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is today recognized as an ambassador of great Veneto wines around the world. With the manifesto Pasqua House of the Unconventional, the company presents itself as a creative laboratory and research space, where quality and innovation meet. Andrea Pasqua’s entry represents a further step toward an international and bold vision, aimed at consolidating the winery’s global presence.
