Twenty-six labels to tell the story of Italian wine to the world. These are the wines selected for Casa Italia on the occasion of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, scheduled to take place from February 6 to 22, and included in the wine list of Musa, the official hospitality house of CONI. Musa will be hosted at the Triennale di Milano, the Galleria Farsetti in Cortina d’Ampezzo, and Aquagranda in Livigno.
The selection brings together some of Italy’s most representative wine territories—ranging from renowned appellations to native grape varieties—offering an international audience an authentic snapshot of the country’s extraordinary enological biodiversity.
The wines were selected by the team at LT Wine & Food Advisory, with the support of wine journalist Luciano Ferraro, following guidelines designed to highlight appellations, regional identities, production models, and indigenous varieties. Each label thus becomes a true ambassador of its territory, reflecting the mosaic of ecosystems and cultures that make up Italy’s national wine economy.

Commenting on the selection, Luciano Buonfiglio, President of CONI, stated:
“The selected wines represent the authentic and diverse expression of Made in Italy that we aim to showcase at Milano Cortina 2026 through the Musa project. They are a fundamental added value in giving a voice, within Casa Italia, to the uniqueness of our tradition through Italy’s tricolour excellence.”

The 26 Wines Featured at Casa Italia for Milano Cortina 2026
The 26 selected wines span the entire Italian peninsula, from Abruzzo to Sicily, from Lombardy to Friuli Venezia Giulia, and on to Veneto and Valle d’Aosta. A complete journey through native grape varieties, prestigious appellations, cooperatives, major players, and small niche producers.

Musa and Wine as an Ambassador of Made in Italy
Musa, Italy’s official hospitality house during the Games, will offer international delegates an immersive experience in the country’s gastronomic culture.
