From France to Germany: Tinazzi Accelerates on Exports and Unveils Two New 10.5% Vol. White Wines

The new year begins with a packed international agenda for Tinazzi, a Veneto‑based winery with a strong export focus and a consolidated presence in major global markets. The estate was among the key exhibitors at Wine Paris (9–11 February) and will make its debut at Eurovino in Karlsruhe (1–2 March, dm Arena A60) before returning to ProWein Düsseldorf from 15 to 17 March (Hall 3 – Stand N17). These three strategic events aim to strengthen dialogue with operators, distributors, and buyers in an international landscape that is rapidly evolving. Tinazzi, historically active across European markets, is particularly focused on consolidating its share in the on‑trade channel, enhancing direct engagement and commercial relationships. Both Wine Paris and ProWein remain cornerstone events for the company’s commercial development in Europe, while participation in Eurovino opens new opportunities for dialogue with German and European trade professionals.

According to the Tinazzi family, current market dynamics point to a growing interest in white wines, especially in Germany, with strong upward trends also seen in the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and France.

Tinazzi’s presence in Veneto, Puglia, and Tuscany allows the group to work across highly diverse terroirs, capable of producing fresh, mineral‑driven whites, and reds marked by tension, purity, and immediate aromatic appeal.

In Puglia, Tinazzi focuses on selected white grape varieties to produce fresh, mineral, highly drinkable wines.

In Tuscany, the estate prioritizes stainless‑steel vinification for reds, enhancing verticality and freshness while maintaining the house’s stylistic identity.

This approach reflects the evolution of global demand toward lighter, more immediate, and contemporary wines.

Both wines are designed to pair with appetizers, seafood, and white meats, responding to the international shift toward light, versatile wines.

Francesca Tinazzi: “Collaboration and Customer Proximity Are Key to the Future”

“In a delicate moment for the wine world, the real turning point lies in collaboration and staying close to our customers”, says Francesca Tinazzi, the company’s CEO.

She emphasizes that today’s market—rich in offerings and segmentation—requires producers to play an active role in supporting partners and building shared commercial projects.

In addition to trade‑fair activity, Tinazzi is investing in commercial incoming, welcoming buyers, distributors, and clients directly into the regions where it operates.

The immersive experience among vineyards, hospitality, tastings, and landscapes—from Lake Garda to Puglia to Tuscany—has become a crucial part of the company’s relationship with the trade.

A Strongly Export‑Oriented Business: Over 94% of Revenue Abroad

Tinazzi confirms its highly international profile: in 2024, over 94% of sales came from foreign markets, with distribution in more than 50 countries.

Key markets include:

  • United States — ~25% of turnover
  • Germany — 10%
  • Poland — 9%
  • Switzerland — 7%

Asia is also increasingly strategic, with South Korea, China, and Singapore collectively representing 5% of total sales.

With a wide portfolio, a supply chain rooted in three key Italian regions, and a collaboration‑oriented strategy, Tinazzi views the 2026 trade‑fair calendar as a crucial moment to strengthen dialogue with the sector and promote a wine culture increasingly tied to Italian cuisine and wine tourism experiences.

Tinazzi: A Family‑Run Estate with Vineyards in Veneto, Tuscany, and Puglia
