Illva Saronno Holding officially becomes Disaronno Group, marking a strategic shift that goes beyond rebranding and redefines the Group’s global positioning. The evolution introduces a new corporate identity designed to express more clearly the Group’s structure, vision and mission: Celebrate “Il Buon Vivere” Together.
This transition is part of a well‑established growth trajectory and strengthens coherence between tradition, international scale and future development. The new corporate identity organizes the Group more clearly around three main divisions — Spirits, Wines and Ingredients — while maintaining a strong, unified identity. The Disaronno Group name becomes an umbrella brand, recalling the historic crest of the Reina family, founders and owners, and bringing together the entire corporate ecosystem.
Solid Growth Supporting the Rebranding
The transition to Disaronno Group comes at a positive moment for the company. In 2025, the Group recorded €370 million in revenues, up +3% compared to 2024, with EBITDA of €51.4 million.
International reach remains a cornerstone of the business model, with 70% of revenues generated abroad and distribution across approximately 160 countries. The expansion strategy is further reinforced by extraordinary transactions, including the acquisition of Amaro Averna and Zedda Piras, with closing expected before summer 2026.

A New Structure to Enhance the Group’s Three Core Businesses
The Spirits division, accounting for around two‑thirds of total revenues, is consolidated under Disaronno International and includes iconic brands such as Disaronno, Tia Maria, The Busker Irish Whiskey, Engine Gin and Rabarbaro Zucca.
The Ingredients division, representing 27% of revenues, strengthens the Group’s presence in semi‑finished products for gelato, pastry and bakery through Disaronno Ingredients.
The wine business is now grouped under the new brand Duca Wines, representing 11% of revenues and bringing together historic labels such as Duca di Salaparuta, Florio and Corvo, carrying a significant expression of Italian wine heritage to international markets.
Duca Wines: Wine Within the Disaronno Group Portfolio
Within the new structure, the wine division gains a clearly defined and coherent role. Through Duca Wines, the Group enhances historic brands that represent a meaningful part of Italy’s wine identity worldwide, integrating them into a broader strategy focused on strong brands, recognisability and quality.
Wine thus becomes part of a diversified model in which the dialogue between spirits, ingredients and wine contributes to shaping a more complete interpretation of Il Buon Vivere, the central concept of the new corporate identity.
Disaronno Group: the Meaning of the Evolution
Explaining the significance of the rebranding is Marco Ferrari, CEO of Disaronno Group:
“The transition to Disaronno Group represents a natural evolution of our journey. The new corporate identity strengthens the Group’s profile, enhancing the shared values that unite our businesses and making the structure more scalable, with an increasingly structured and premium positioning. Choosing an iconic and recognisable name such as Disaronno allows us to look to the future while maintaining a strong connection with our roots. With this new identity, we reinforce our international vision and our ability to consistently express the values that guide us. Celebrate ‘Il Buon Vivere’ Together is not just a mission, but the principle that inspires every activity and relationship we build.”
Entirely owned by the Reina family, Disaronno Group today employs over 800 people and operates globally across three distinct yet complementary areas.
The transformation from Illva Saronno Holding to Disaronno Group does not break with the past, but rather reinforces a vision that combines historic roots, international growth and premium positioning.
